Pro-tip:
Being consistent in a direction doesn't mean taking the same number of steps each time to get there ;)

- Take it slow: avoid the temptation to empty your inbox, finish your entire to-do list, attend every single meeting, or resolve every pending decision. Trying to force execution on a low-energy day will drain you even more (and you'll get subpar results).
- Stay accountable: take care of yourself and be mindful of your commitments. Deliver your promise on what you can. Reschedule/renegotiate on what you can't (remember to apologize and make amends).
- Low energy is a feature, not a bug: not every single day needs to happen at neck-breaking speed. Even the most exciting roller coaster has slow sections. Those "boring" bits are there by design because the contrast is what makes the ride worthwhile.

Have a worthwhile ride!
