No choice no win
"Do or do not. There's no try." — Yoda

If you believe you ought to answer your calling, but feel scared to step in and do the work, then this is for you:
If you think your a beaten, you are;
If you think you dare not, you don't;
If you would like to win, but think you can't,
It's almost a cinch you won't.
If you think you'll lose, you've lost,
For out in the world we find
Success begins with a fellow's will,
It's all in the sate of mind.
If you think you're outclassed, you are;
You've got to think high to rise.
You've got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or fastest man;
But sooner or later the man who wins
Is the man who thinks he can.

Add Walter's poem to your toolbox. It will help you tame self-doubt. No, it won't make it go away. However, it'll help you feel at ease and take a step, at least one, towards that thing you are convinced you're set out to do.
What are you set out to do?
In my case it's helping you become a better leader. I want to see you win. I want to see you thrive.
Here's an special exercise to help you move from wanting to doing.
But remember, the first step is to make the choice.

No choice
No win
It's up to you.
Now that you finished reading this, why not invest 5 minutes to think about all of this? Why not, indeed? Like, right now!
Enjoy your me-time. I hope you came up with an eureka or two! (If you do, hit reply to let me know)
All best,
Alberto
