Edit a video to become a better leader

To edit a video is to plunge into a different state of mind. It doesn't matter the type of video. It doesn't matter your mastery at the craft. Tinker with the tone, pace, and rhythm of a story and you'll soon realize that you have the power to change things at will.

As leaders, we also have the power to change the course of events. But how to do it in a way that holds you true to the people you serve?
